These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.

 

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/brands-privacy-policy).  If you win, your first name and county may be disclosed upon request to third parties to confirm details of winners and distribute prizes.  The Promoter is required to provide a winners’ list to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

 

  1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

  2.   3. Entries must be made personally.  Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.  No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid.  The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.  No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted.  The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.  Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw on or before 05.09.2022.  The first 30 valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries by an independent judge will win a prize.  Each prize consists of 10 x 330ml Strongbow Ultra Dark Fruit cans and 1 x Strongbow Dark Fruits Ultra branded deck chair (approximate dimensions: 1310 x 560 x 32 mm).

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.  The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  6. The winners will be contacted via the email address used for entry on or before 12.09.2022.   If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).  No entrant may win more than 1 prize.  Prize will be sent to winner by [HOW] within [days].

  7. Winners’ details (first names and county only) will be available for 3 months from 12.09.2022 by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to STRONGBOW ULTRA DARK FRUIT – SAMPLING PROMOTION MESH LEEDS, 2 The Old Brewery, High Court, The Calls, Leeds, LS2 7ES. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.

  8. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part.  Prizes are not transferable.

  9. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

  11. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.  We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.  Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event.  We can provide you with their details on request.

  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

    (2) confirm you are over 18

    (3) when age is confirmed, you will receive a G.O.A.T image (your G.O.A.T!) in a tweet

    (4) you will be prompted to respond to your G.O.A.T’s requests within sixty minutes, on  three separate occasions during the following 24 hours (we will aim to contact you between 9pm – 8am GMT. If a task should fall between 9pm-8am, we will aim to send the tweet after 8am). Users will not know what exact time tweets will be sent.

     

    In order to be entered into the prize draw, you will have to correctly respond to each of the three tweets within 60 minutes.

    If you successfully complete this task you will be sent a confirmation that you are in the winner pool.  You will be contacted again if you are selected as a winner from this pool, as set out below.

    You can opt out of this competition at any time by replying #stop to your tweet. Entries must be made personally.  Limited to one entry per person.

    The competition is open from Wednesday 29th June 2022 at 10am BST and closes Wednesday 6th July 2022 at 10am. Users who have liked the tweet after 10am on Wednesday 6th July 2022 will receive a “too late” message and will not be eligible to enter the competition.

     

  3. All valid entries will be entered into a free prize draw on Friday 8th July 2022 Winners will be the first and second entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge. The Judge’s selection is final.

     

  4. The Prize The prize is a cash prize of £1000 (one thousand pounds sterling).This will be paid via BACS into an account in the name of the winner.

     

  5. Winner will be contacted by Twitter direct message on or before Tuesday 12th July 2022 to confirm prize acceptance.

The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/?article=privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).

 

  1. 1. Only open to GB residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Co-operative Group Limited Stores and any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.  Residents of Northern Ireland are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
  2. To enter, buy any Strongbow product instore or online at Co-op and complete the entry process at uk.strongbow.com/ultrawin (or scan the QR code) from 00:01 on 04.05.22 to 23:59 to 24.05.22. Subject to availability. Licensing restrictions apply. Co-op terms of purchase apply. Maximum of one entry per person, per day and one prize per household. Please retain purchase Co-op receipt as it will be required to validate the qualifying purchase. In store and online purchases valid. Service is at the discretion of the checkout staff.   
  3. There are twenty-one (21) pairs of general admission Isle of Wight Festival tickets to be won. There will be one prize draw per day throughout the promotional period. The first draw date will be 05.05.22 with the final draw date being 25.05.22. 

    PRIZE DETAILS
    • There are twenty-one (21) pairs of general admission weekend camping Isle of Wight Festival tickets to be won. The festival will take place 16.06.22 to 19.06.22. Tickets are general admission only and do not include transportation or accommodation.  
    • The winners will be contacted to confirm prize acceptance and provide personal details for themselves and their chosen guest including name, D.O.B, nationality, and contact details. Verification of age, identity and address will be required before the prize is awarded. All winners and guests must be 18+.  
    • • The promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Promoter or its agents are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

    PRIZE TERMS 
    • The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • No cash alternative is available.
    • If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize.

  4. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw. The entry days for the prize draw are on 04.05.22  - 24.05.22. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries, by an independent adjudicator. No entrant may win more than one prize. Mesh Marketing, an official Heineken agency, will call winners via the phone number used to enter the promotion, with details of how to claim the prize and a request for any additional prize redemption information as required. Mesh Marketing will utilize the phone number provided to contact the winner to inform them of specific prize details only.
  5. The winner will have 5 days, starting on the day that the confirmation phone call has been made to them, to supply a photograph or copy of the relevant receipt and provide their name and address details to validate their Entry. The prize will be forfeited if the winner cannot supply a photograph or copy of the relevant receipt.  
  6. If the Promoter does not receive the response within the 5 days, a winner rejects the prize or is disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random from all valid entries.
  7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route.    .   
  8. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. 
  9. Winners’ details (first names and county only) will be available for 3 months from 24.05.22 by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to STRONGBOW WIN ISLE OF WIGHT FESTIVAL TICKETS CO-OP WINNERS, Mesh Marketing, 5 The Old Brewery, High Court, Leeds, LS2 7ES. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.
  10. Use of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the venue. The prize is subject to the Isle of Wight Festival tickets terms and conditions which can be found at https://isleofwightfestival.com/info/tickets
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits on all entries and the winner to refuse a prize or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of these terms or any instruction regarding the requirements for participation in the promotion or in the event that a participant would have had an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or would have won by fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decision, which are final and binding.  
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  13. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part. The Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.   
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.   
  15. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) that affect or could affect the proper operation of the promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only when the circumstances are that this is unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time, but will always endeavor to minimize the impact on the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment
  16. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the trips.  Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
  17. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  18. 18. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

12. All valid entries received between the opening and closing dates set out in Term 11 above will be entered into the relevant prize draw as set out in Term 11 above.  The winner of each cash prize will be the first valid entry selected at random on the relevant draw date set out in Term 11.  The prize draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator.
 
13. Maximum of 1 prize person.
 
14. There is no other equivalent to any prize in whole or in part.  Prize is not transferable in whole or in part.  The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.   
 


Winner notification and prize delivery (main promotion)
 
15. Winners will be notified they have won a cash prize within 5 working days of the draw date on the mobile phone number provided. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unavailable within 5 working days of the initial contact, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected using the process detailed in Term 15 until an eligible winner is selected and prize accepted. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email accounts, including junk and spam folders, during this time in case they are a winner.
 
16. Following accepting the prize the winner will receive a confirmation email of their prize and will be required to confirm their full name, bank account, sort code and provide photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) to prove they are over 18 within 10 working days.  The winner will also be required to provide proof of purchase.  If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will select another winner in accordance with Term 15.
 
17. The cash prize will be awarded by Bank Transfer (BACS) made by the Promoter’s agency. Bank transfer is the only method of prize transfer available. Prize payments to be made with 10 working days of winner verification. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect bank account details provided by the winner.

c. contains or refers to any third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. promotes any political agenda;
e. contains content deemed socially irresponsible or likely to breach the CAP Code including promoting excessive, irresponsible or underage consumption of alcohol or appearance of intoxication. 
f. Suggests endorsement of the STRONGBOW brand by any celebrity
d. Anyone acting in a dangerous or irresponsible manner
i. Inclusion of content to which someone else owns the copyright, without the requisite authorisations
j. posting advertisements or solicitations of business: 
l. technically harmful (including without limitation computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).  You must not misuse the website (including without limitation by hacking).  
 

Entry consent 
 
19. If entrant opts in for their photo to be used in future marketing, the Promoter will send an email along with a consent form for the entrant to sign and send back.  Any other person who is visible in the photograph will also be required to sign and send back a consent form and the entrant will be responsible for obtaining such consent.  The promoter reserves the right not to publish any photograph. 
 
20. Photos will be stored securely by the Promoter and will be deleted if requested by the entrant at any time.  To do so, contact the Promoter at protectingyourdata@heineken.co.uk.

22. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion will be delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prize. 
 
23. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from agents, trade, consumer groups or third parties are invalid and will not be accepted. Entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.  Entries received in excess of the limitation as set out in Term 6 will be invalid and will not be accepted.

Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by the Promoter to anyone sending a request to consumercare@heineken.co.uk one month after the closing date of this Promotion, for a period of 12 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by making this known in an email to consumercare@heineken.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

21. The prize will be delivered within 28 days of acceptance and winner verification by 2nd Class mail. A signature may be required.

Entry consent 
 
23. If entrant opts in for their photo to be used in future marketing, the Promoter will send an email along with a consent form for the entrant to sign and send back. Any other person who is visible in the photograph will also be required to sign and send back a consent form and the entrant will be responsible for obtaining such consent.  The promoter reserves the right not to publish any photograph.
 
24. Photos will be stored securely by the Promoter and will be deleted if requested by the entrant at any time.  To do so, contact the Promoter at protectingyourdata@heineken.co.uk.

If fulfilment or any element of this promotion will be delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prize. 
 
27. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from agents, trade, consumer groups or third parties are invalid and will not be accepted. Entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.  Entries received in excess of the limitation as set out in Term 6 will be invalid and will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and may refuse to award a Prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by the Promoter to anyone sending a request to consumercare@heineken.co.uk one month after the closing date of this Promotion, for a period of 12 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by making this known in an email to consumercare@heineken.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
 
31. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
